Les Douvres Hotel, Saint Martin

My room was downstairs, next to the pool area and the garden, albeit a bit noisy at times. It had a mix of new and old touches, with access to a great roof terrace sharing with one other room. The space was cozy, although slightly cramped with just a double wardrobe and a charming whicker chair.

My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, even though being above the bar made it a bit noisy. The service provided, including room service and tours assistance, was top-notch. The location was brilliant, especially with a hire car, allowing easy access to great swimming spots near Saints Bay Harbour. The dining experience, with fresh croissants and excellent cooked options, was lovely but could have been better with faster service. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic facilities.

Its location in an affluent part of Guernsey is perfect for coastal walks and exploring picturesque leafy lanes. The dining experience is described as delicious and plentiful, with touches like great breakfast but may feel a bit skimpy for some. Overall, the facilities are well-equipped and offer value for money.
